Who are these people?

Roger started his company, Roger Maitral, General Contractor, in 1977 in the Los Angeles area after ten years as a deputy sheriff for Los Angeles County. Roger earned a Bachelor of Art degree in business management from Redlands University. He moved to Lake Arrowhead where his business was well respected and flourished. While continuing his contractor’s business, he built and managed Five Points, a gas station and general store as well as managing a local marina.

Roger’s extensive construction knowledge, in both residential and commercial construction, together with his business savvy makes him a valued member of your team. Roger has served as an expert witness for numerous cases as well as working with homeowners to settle their construction disputes prior to going to court, which is always the goal. Roger continues his education through both the Oregon Remodelers Association and the Home Builder’s Association concentrating on the green side of building to better advise our clients on what is the latest in green building and green materials.

Liz grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Oregon and eventually found her way to Portland. There she worked in high tech managing trainings and events. Her project management and organizational skills will help keep your project on task and her amazing relationship skills will assure that your project runs smoothly. Liz is active in the Oregon Remodelers Association acting as co-chair of the Seminar Committee for the Home Improvement and Remodeling Show. She is currently working on her CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) designation through the Home Builder’s Association.

Roger and Liz’s beliefs are based around relationship management and quality control. You will always be able to reach either one of them to answer any questions you may have about your project. They believe your home is the most personal space in your life so personal attention on your project is a priority for them. Building or remodeling your home can be a stressful time but they will keep that stress to a minimum with proactive communication, creative problem solving and extensive construction knowledge. Both Roger and Liz have a passion for healing homes and have been studying and practicing Space Clearing, Feng Shui and Geomancy for the past eight years. They believe strongly in continuing education in all areas of construction so you know that they are advising you on the latest and greatest in construction process and materials.
